GARAGE DOOR SPECIALISTS

Everything your garage door needs.
One experienced team.

From a door that won’t move to a new entrance for your property, start with the service you need.

UNDERSTAND YOUR REPAIR

The symptom is a starting point.
The cause needs a closer look.

A door, its counterbalance and its opener work together. These signs help you describe the problem when you contact our team.

01

A heavy, uneven or jammed door

A spring, cable, roller or track problem may affect how the door moves. A motor fault is not the only possible cause. If the door sits crooked, a cable is loose or a spring has broken, stop operating it and arrange an inspection.

02

The motor runs, but nothing moves

The opener connection, drive mechanism and door condition all matter. Tell us whether you hear the motor, whether the door moves at all and which motor model you have. A photograph of the label can help identify it.

03

Damaged panels or a door off track

An impact can affect more than the visible panel. Hinges, rollers and tracks may also need checking. Panel replacement depends on the door’s design, the extent of the damage and whether a compatible panel is available.

PLAN YOUR NEXT GARAGE DOOR

Choose the right door.
Plan the whole system.

A good choice starts with your opening, available space and how often the door will be used. Door size, condition and balance also affect which opener is suitable.

01 / DOOR TYPE & SPACE

Consider how the door opens.

Sectional, tip-up and roll-up doors need different clearances and hardware. Check the opening width, height and available headroom before deciding on a replacement.

02 / MATERIAL & CONDITION

Look beyond the surface.

Compare steel and wooden options alongside their condition, finish and care requirements. For an existing door, ask whether a component repair or panel replacement is practical before replacing the whole door.

03 / AUTOMATION & ACCESS

Match the motor to the door.

Discuss the door type, size, usage, safety features and backup power requirements. Battery backup, smartphone control and accessories depend on the motor model and installation. An opener should be fitted to a properly functioning, balanced door.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Your garage door questions, answered.

A few details help our team understand your enquiry. Tell us your area, whether the door is steel or wood, and what happens when you try to operate it.

Call 060 805 0926 ↗
Why does the motor run without moving the door? +

Tell our team whether the motor makes a sound and whether the door moves at all. The opener connection and door mechanism may need inspection before the cause can be confirmed.

What should I do if my garage door is uneven or stuck? +

Describe where the door stops and whether either side sits higher. Avoid repeatedly operating a door that is jammed, crooked or has a loose cable.

Can you help with a new garage door or motor? +

Let us know whether you need a single or double door, the material you prefer and whether you want automation. Our team can discuss the next steps for your property.

Can a damaged panel be replaced on its own? +

Sometimes. It depends on the door construction, the damage, compatible panel availability and the condition of the surrounding hardware. A photograph helps us understand the enquiry; an inspection may still be needed.

Will a new motor fix a heavy garage door? +

A new opener should not be used to compensate for a faulty or unbalanced door. The door mechanism needs checking first, followed by selection of a suitable motor.

What should I send when asking for a quote? +

Send your suburb, a full photo of the door, close-ups of the visible problem and the motor model if fitted. Tell us whether you need a repair, a replacement door or automation. Pricing depends on the work and parts required.

KEEP THE ENTRANCE WORKING

Small changes.
Worth paying attention to.

A new noise, hesitant movement or a door closing unevenly is a reason to have the system checked. Follow your door and motor manufacturer’s care instructions and service schedule.

LOOK

From a safe position, look for visibly frayed cables, loose or damaged fittings, bent tracks and worn seals. Keep the opening clear.

LISTEN

Tell the technician about new grinding, scraping or banging sounds, and whether the noise happens while opening, closing or both.

RECORD

Share the motor model, your suburb and photos of the door and visible fault. Avoid repeatedly running a struggling motor or forcing a jammed door.
